A little bit about me, I'm Victor Pineda and I have been passionately and professionally involved and connected with soccer for over a decade now and I enjoy teaching young players how to reach their full athletic potential.  I had the incredible opportunity to learn from some of the most well-known and talented coaches and players, both national and internationally who have helped support me to reach my professional and international stage. I was the first Chicago Fire Academy homegrown player who signed an MLS pro contract, playing for the US Men’s national team for six years. Furthermore, I proudly competed in MLS/USL and U20 World Cup. From the superstars to local heroes that I have learned from, I am humbled to have gained their knowledge, and am proud to be able to deliver that same insightfulness to my player and their parents so they can the achieve the same level of success or higher.

I am the perfect example that any child can excel in soccer if they truly set their mind to it and have the right support system. I was not exactly an athletically gifted growing up myself. I had to work extremely hard, with supporting help from my family, to get to the professional level. I would practice my game for at least two hours every day, which ultimately led me from playing local soccer to making the state team through the ODP program. From there, I rose to the USMNT U-17 residency program, moving on to become the professional I am today. Now, my mission is to transfer those vital experiences and skillsets to your child so they can succeed too.

For the last three years, I have been a Youth Soccer Coach, driven to help young player optimize their abilities, both physical and mental, to become even better than I am. My goal is to give your child professional level coaching at PFA so they can have the confidence and core foundation to compete at the highest of levels while enjoying their experience here at the same time.
